Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Dispatch Management

Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation

Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of materials as per confirmed orders

Maintain proper records of dispatched goods
2. Sales & Distributor Coordination

Coordinate with sales teams to support timely deliveries

Communicate dispatch schedules and delivery timelines
-
Assist in resolving dispatch-related queries
3. Production & Transport Coordination
-
Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters
-
Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery

Address transit issues to maintain smooth operations
Skills Required

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Good coordination and communication abilities

Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes
