Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Dispatch Management

  • Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation

  • Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of materials as per confirmed orders

  • Maintain proper records of dispatched goods

2. Sales & Distributor Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales teams to support timely deliveries

  • Communicate dispatch schedules and delivery timelines

  • Assist in resolving dispatch-related queries

3. Production & Transport Coordination

  • Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters

  • Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery

  • Address transit issues to maintain smooth operations


Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Good coordination and communication abilities

  • Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes

  • Basic computer proficiency (billing & records)
