Key Responsibilities :

1. Daily Store Operations Management
a Oversee and manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
b Open and close the store as per the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
c Maintain the store’s operational standards, including cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.

2. Customer Interaction and Service Excellence
a Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained by greeting customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations.
b Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
c Train staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

3. Product Display and Visual Merchandising
a Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the showroom’s appeal and attract customers.
b Ensure product displays are organized, attractive, and regularly updated to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal themes.
c Monitor inventory levels on display and coordinate replenishments to keep the store well-stocked.

4. Customer Convenience and Store Maintenance
a Ensure the store layout is customer-friendly, with clear signage, easy navigation, and comfortable shopping areas.
b Monitor the condition of the showroom, including lighting, flooring, fixtures, and equipment, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
c Ensure health and safety standards are maintained to provide a safe environment for customers and staff.

5. Handling B2B Orders
a Manage and fulfill B2B orders by coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments.
b Ensure timely processing, accurate invoicing, and delivery of B2B orders to meet customer expectations.
c Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients to drive repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.

6. Execution of Company Retail Policies
a Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the showroom, ensuring compliance by all staff members.
b Stay updated on company initiatives, promotional activities, and sales strategies, and execute them effectively in the showroom.
c Communicate company goals and objectives to the store team and monitor progress.

7. Team Building and Training
a Recruit, train, and develop showroom staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
b Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and company policies.
c Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.

8. Sales and Target Achievement
a Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the showroom team and monitor their performance.
b Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
c Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

9. Inventory Management
a Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
b Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to the showroom.
c Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and prevent stock loss.

10. Reporting and Feedback
a Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
b Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving store operations and sales strategies.
c Gather feedback from customers and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
