Job Description
 
The Media Coordinator will oversee the company’s media planning and buying strategies across print, digital, Below-the-Line (BTL), and Above-the-Line (ATL) channels. This role will involve planning and executing marketing campaigns for retail stores and the overall company, with special attention to underperforming stores. The Media Coordinator will also manage digital marketing efforts, including influencer collaborations and campaigns across social media platforms. Additionally, this role will encompass creative designing and content planning to ensure impactful and cohesive messaging across all media channels.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Media Planning and Buying:
  • 1. Develop and implement media plans for company-wide and store-specific campaign.
  • 2. Identify, negotiate, and secure media ad placements across platforms to achieve maximum visibility and ROI.
  • 3. Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • 4. Ensure brand consistency across all media platforms in alignment with the company’s marketing goals.
 
Digital Marketing and Influencer Collaboration:
  • 1. Plan and execute digital campaigns across all social media and digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more.
  • 2. Collaborate with influencers on store-wise and area-specific campaigns to drive localized engagement.
  • 3. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • 4. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to implement innovative campaigns.
 
Creative Designing and Content Planning:
  • 1. Coordinate with the design team to develop creative ads for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
  • 2. Plan and create engaging and impactful content for advertisements, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  • 3. Develop a marketing calendar for the company’s digital and offline platforms, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • 4. Work with external and internal teams to align creative designs with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • 5. Oversee the adaptation of creative content for localized campaigns, ensuring relevance to specific store demographics.
 
Retail Store Media Coordination:
  • 1. Collaborate with store managers to understand and address their marketing and media needs.
  • 2. Provide focused media and marketing support to underperforming stores to boost visibility, footfall, and sales.
  • 3. Track and evaluate the impact of store-specific campaigns, recommending optimizations as needed.
  • 4. Ensure timely execution of all store-specific and ad hoc media requests.
 
Execution and Monitoring:
  • 1. Manage campaign schedules across all media channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • 2. Track and control budgets for media buying, digital campaigns, and creative production to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • 3. Prepare detailed performance reports for campaigns, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
 
Strategic Initiatives:
  • 1. Identify and implement innovative media strategies to enhance brand exposure and retail growth.
  • 2. Conduct competitor analysis to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
  • 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align media strategies with overall business objectives.
 
Salary :  4.80 – 6 Lac
