Key Responsibilities:
– Manage HR admin functions for retail & factory operations
– Handle government liasioning, compliance, and regulatory affairs
– Drive cost control & loss prevention strategies across locations
– Ensure smooth administration of facilities, safety, and hygiene standards
– Support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policies
– Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
– 6+ years of HR admin experience (retail/factory preferred)
– Knowledge of labor laws, government compliances, and licensing
– Strong in cost control, loss prevention, and process optimization
– Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in HRMS/MS Office
